Jared Meyers works at the intersection of business, community, and compassion. He builds and supports systems, using the Certified B Corp framework and an understanding that everything is connected. He believes the way we build matters and that business, when aligned with our deeper values, can improve lives, deepen connection, and help others lead, not just follow.

Over nearly three decades as an entrepreneur, Jared has founded and led companies across hospitality, real estate, and finance. He currently serves as the lead executive of andCo Hospitality and Salt Palm Development, is Vice Chairman and a Founding Director of Climate First Bancorp, and co-created the For Good Movement. Together, these ventures are evidence that business can be financially successful while also restoring trust, dignity, and balance in the systems we depend on.

Jared’s approach is to use business and other human-made systems in service of life. Regeneration, to him, isn’t about perfection or optimization. It’s about realignment, creating conditions where life, in all its forms, can recover, adapt, and flourish. Though he leads through business, Jared believes true change requires strong institutions, connected communities, and everyday participation at both the personal and systemic levels.
