Raise a Glass to Casselberry

Raise your glass, Casselberry! The city’s biggest culinary celebration just turned fifteen. On Monday, November 3rd, the community came together at beautiful Lake Concord Park for the 15th Annual Casselberry Food & Wine Festival.

From 6–9 PM, the air was filled with the scent of sizzling BBQ, the sweetness of ice cream, and the laughter of neighbors reconnecting over local flavors. Guests sampled everything from wings and tacos to charcuterie, pizza, and pastries, paired perfectly with sips of wine, beer, champagne, mimosas, and coffee.

What made the night truly special was seeing so many faces from across our andCo team come out to support the event. From resort managers and guest services to our marketing and operations teams, everyone came together to represent what andCo stands for: hospitality with heart.

Our team shared stories, poured glasses, met local business owners, and connected with community partners who share our belief that travel, and hospitality can be a force for good. Each conversation and every smile reflected our mission to make a positive impact through the way we work, serve, and give back.

We were also thrilled to donate a three-night stay at any of our Fold Hotels as part of the evening’s raffle. It’s always a joy to share what we do best: creating meaningful stays that combine comfort, community, and conscience.
